I just thought these were good for the family page. The one on the left is a year old. Jordan came with us to Utah and this is a picture of Angie Preston and GO-GO just before the ride began. It was a fun day. We miss Jordan and are so proud of all he is doing in Canada.

The pic on the right is little Kali, I used Velcro curlers in her hair one Sunday and after playing outside after church it was pretty flat. She loves getting ready for church. She likes to think about what she will where the night before. Kids are so fun! With only 6 weeks left until school again we are just braving through the heat a bit longer.

Hey guys.

Everyone has been out of town, busy, or sick the last few weeks. I miss you all. Please come to family night at our house on Monday July 2nd. We will start at 6:30 pm. We'll do a pot luck and let the kids play in the sprinklers or something. I just feel like we have all been away for awhile!

A Great Saturday

Mom and Dad got the big Costco water slide, and set it up as a surprise. We had the best day outside! BBQ, Soda, and the Sun! It was really fun, not only for the kids. I love being able to blog our journal for our family. It will be so fun to go back and look at our fun, as a family. Thanks Mom and Dad!!

Kali's 1st Shiner

Preston, Kalista and I were playing tag in the house. Kali and I collided! She went down pretty hard on the tile. Poor girl quickly acquired a big bump and a purple eye. She thinks it looks like make up.

Water Baby!

Joe and I love bringing Ethan to the gym to go swimming! He is so interested in the little fountains! Joe and I have both been doing the Southbeach diet and have lost almost all the weight we gained during my pregnancy! Finally!

Slip'n Slide

Here are the kids at the first really fun day 0f Summer. We know it's only March. But that didn't stop the kids from playing in the water, or us from sweating in the hot sun! Doesn't Kali look like pure joy?

4 months and 3 days!

Ethan has his 4 month checkup this Monday! I'm so excited to see how much he weighs!and how long he is! He can also do many more things now! Sit up, Stand up. Rollover (sometimes), grab his toes, and smile really big!! (that's our favorite!)

The Tooth Fairy *

The tooth fairy visited Prestons room last night! We were exited when he lost his first tooth. It was also my first time pullin' a tooth, what a funny experience. We did get it on video - Hilarious. P-bo did a little bit of crying because he was just really nervous. As soon as it came out he was like "That didn't hurt at all, easy." Of course he can't wait for another loose tooth.

Per request of Sister Aimee, this awkward picture shows how P-bo's two bottom teeth are forcing their way through from behind. There is one larger tooth and one which has just broken through today! I gave Preston an apple and he ate it on the way to school. When I went to pick him up he was saying how he needs to let it come out "naturally." Preston has a loose tooth! With two teeth coming in on the bottom front, he will have a toothless grin soon! He was especially proud of this flying car he built out of Jordan's old Lego's. Kali is just a fun person, as she grows we continue to realize that we are so glad she was added to the mix. I have been letting my hair grow and wasn't going to cut it 'till I lost a few pounds, but don't be surprised if you run into me next a little less hairy.

My Dogs

I am watching a little girl Kali's age and we are also dog watching a little puppy for about a month. The puppy has been sleeping in this box, so we decided to give it a little character with finger paints. It was the perfect beautiful spring day to get a little messy!

The McLennan Kids After Church

After a grueling 3 hours of sitting still, the last thing these two wanted to do was stand still and pose for mommy. Of coarse Kali felt like a princess and Preston will be giving a talk this coming Sunday in primary about how his testimony helps him choose the right. He is growing up soo fast.

Bath Education

Does everyone know, that when you put your head at the very bottom of the tub, there is air under there? That you can breathe under water, if you touch your face to the bottom of the tub? Well, now I know, after our morning bath education session with Noah. According to him, his brain tells him these things!

Hey all, We took this picture of Ethan on Sunday. He is such a little sweetie pie! Today we went to Walmart and the dry cleaners together. He got bored so we came home! I sure love having a good friend to tote around with me all day! :)

Update

Tball season is over. We are looking forward to swimming lessons, as our next endeavor. Well, I am looking forward to swimming lessons! Noah, not so much!

Swimming at the gym has really helped him open up. But he is such a cautious boy. He just fears not being in control, and having sure footing! Poor kid!

Appointments!

I must say that I am thrilled to be 28, and not in my 50's. I am so proud of Mom and Dad for being Pro-active, and making their appointments! It is tough to start taking all the "Old People Exams!" But we have really had minimal health issues, as a family! We have been so blessed. I just feel lucky that our parents have decided to do preventative checks. That give me such peace of mind, as their child! As busy, as they are, and as much as Dad travels. I am sure it isn't fun. I am just glad that they are doing it, so that we know more about them, their health, and our future health!! Thanks, Dad and Mom...

Our first post here...

We had a great weeked! Ray had tickets to the FBR this weekend. He took Noah, and a friend to the Club house. There is such a need for Daddy time. They have so much fun together. Noah had a few interesting questions for me this weekeend.

1. Where does Mac n' Cheese come from?

2. Where does Chocolate milk come from?

3. Where will his wife come from?

He wanted real answers to each of the questions. I tried my best. But it wasn't like I could say where his wife comes from? I just tried to tell him where he might meet her. And how he can look for one. I think he is confused!
